1. Purpose and Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GARP (Global Auctions for Recovered Paper) is a digital platform designed exclusively to facilitate commercial connections and negotiations<\/strong> between producers, traders, brokers, and buyers of recovered paper for recycling, through an online auction system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By using the platform, users fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using GARP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Nature of the Platform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GARP operates as a commercial matchmaking and auction tool<\/strong>. It is not<\/strong> a contracting party to any transactions carried out between users (buyers and sellers). Therefore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • GARP does not sign or assume contracts<\/strong> of sale or purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • GARP does not own, hold or physically handle<\/strong> the materials listed on the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • GARP does not organize or manage transportation, logistics, or physical documentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • GARP is not a fiscal agent, environmental operator, customs intermediary, or regulatory body<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The final contract is entered directly between the seller and the awarded buyer<\/strong>, who bear full legal and commercial responsibility<\/strong> for the execution of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Commission and Invoicing Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Use of the platform implies acceptance that GARP\u2019s administrator will\u00a0invoice 2\u20ac or $ per cubic meter commission to the seller<\/strong>\u00a0for each awarded lot sold through the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • This commission becomes payable only after the seller has confirmed receipt of payment<\/strong> from the buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • GARP is not responsible for collecting payments<\/strong> between parties, but may suspend or remove accounts in cases of non-compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
