How the Auction Works / Funcionamiento Subasta
    1. Weekly, 30-minute auctions. Batches are listed with photos/videos (no prior catalog needed). Anti-sniping extends the auction to prevent last-second bids.
    2. Quality standards. Lots must follow UNE-EN 643 (Europe) or I-APA (rest of world). Inspection prior to or during loading is always allowed.
    3. Seller payment terms. The seller sets the payment method (advance, bank transfer 30 days after booking, letter of credit, or to be negotiated). The buyer may suggest other payment/incoterm/currency terms; the seller can accept or reject. If rejected, the bid is invalid.
    4. Award & contract. The winning buyer and the seller sign a pre-award contract on the platform specifying all conditions. Upon award, both parties are identified solely for contract signature; the platform is a neutral facilitator.
    5. Fees. The administrator invoices a 2% fee to the seller, payable after the seller collects payment for the goods. Non-payment leads to removal from the platform.
    6. Currency & increments. Only EUR or USD are allowed; minimum bid increment is 1 (in the auction currency). Final settlement is in the currency chosen by the seller. No bids in other currencies.
    7. Visibility & anonymity. All participants see bid prices in real time, but buyer/seller identities remain anonymous until award. No private messaging is allowed.
    8. Quality mismatch. If delivered quality does not match the listed media, the buyer may cancel or apply pre-agreed discounts.
    9. Documents & Incoterms. Shipping documents are required according to the chosen Incoterm; apply the equivalence table where relevant.
    10. Disputes. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the seller’s country, unless both accept the administrator’s arbitration.
